This GM REFLECT e-learning pack has been created in collaboration with practitioners and leaders from the Greater Manchester region as part of the GM REFLECT framework. It aims to:
– Develop effective communication skills to build strong, respectful relationships with families, promoting collaboration in supporting children’s development
– Understand the diverse backgrounds and needs of families to create inclusive partnerships that value each family
– Gain skills and confidence to support families of babies and young children.
The course has been developed as a partnership between Manchester Metropolitan University and the Greater Manchester Combined Authority (GMCA).
You can study at your own pace, stopping and starting – and the pack will save your progress. There is no deadline for completion and it is free to access. On completion you will be awarded with a digital badge.
